Hayla Tower is located in Liwa oasis, which is about 150km ssw of Abu Dhabi. ZRS engineers were appointed to restore the tower and take over supervision. Together with consultant conservator Benjamine Marcus research have been made to find out which mortar were used, to find an appropriate way for repairing the masonry.
