ZRS engineers were tasked with restoration, renovation and extension of a historical building, which was built in late Ottoman Empire.
Parts of our work is building survey, analysis of existence, emergency conservation, as well as creating restoration and enhance schemes for the existing building. Additional, planning for extended parts, while considering the available local capacities and materials.
A special challenge is to preserve the physical structure, as well as wall- and ceiling paintings, while performing necessary engineer based enhancing and conservation measures.
As the construction site progresses and a lot of participants are involved, it’s mandatory to frequently do supervisor and survey on-site operations.
