Publication: A wie zirkulär – A guide to circular construction
The Berlin Chamber of Architects has published a new guide to circular planning and building, in which Andrea Klinge and Eike Roswag-Klinge were involved. The guide lists what needs to be done in the construction sector to achieve a resource-saving, circular economy, but also identifies hurdles and pitfalls. Above all, however, it emphasises how essential integral planning is and how much can be achieved with good will and commitment. It is intended to encourage people to simply get started. The aim is to jointly update circular planning and construction as well as the publication to create a collective guide to action that will ultimately benefit everyone.
Andrea Klinge and Eike Roswag-Klinge have written an article on the building envelope for the “Planning tasks” chapter. Accompanied by the project examples New Life for a Peat Shed, Schechen and Administration Building Tierpark, Berlin.
