Last week, the outer walls and load-bearing inner walls of the ground floor were assembled for the daycare building in Bremen-Osterholz. Subsequently the cross-laminated timber ceiling elements and the walls on the upper floor will be installed this week. The outer walls, filled with cellulose insulation, are prefabricated at the nearby Brockhaus plant in Dinklage and the cross-laminated timber elements are delivered directly to the construction site where they are swiftly assembled to construct the building. The windows and  spruce cladding will be installed and mounted directly on site.
