Design competition “New SEO Headquarter”

Within the design competition ‘New SEO Headquarters’ we planned an expansion for the location of the SEO in Vianden and achieved the 5th place of the jury. With our integral concept, an ecological building has been created which, with the inclusion of renewable energies, creates a high quality of stay, reacts to possible future changes through flexible adaptation options and also responds to the high urban planning requirements of this special location – an important industrial settlement in a protected natural area – by creating a self-contained overall work. The design concept focuses on the lifespan of the building and the individual components and, with its circular construction approach, makes an important contribution to climate and resource protection.
