ACTION WEEK BERLIN SAVES ENERGY | 09-13 November 2020

The action week ‘Berlin saves energy’ is taking place for the 9th time and is presenting role models for energy transition in the capital. As part of this year’s event, which follows the theme ‘learning from and with role models’, the winners of the 2020 young talent competition will present their work on the topic of “Sustainable circular concepts for planning and building in Berlin-Brandenburg” and discuss them with competent jury members from theory and practice. Andrea Klinge presents the competition entry “Federal Center for the Federal Association of German Gardening Friends”, which was developed by ZRS Architekten Ingenieure in collaboration with Bruno Röver, and presents a concept for a resource-optimised construction method using waste wood.

The event will take place on November 9th, 2020 from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. in digital format. You can register free of charge with the organizer Plattformnachwuchsarchitekten at info@plattformnachwuchsarchitekten.de or participate via live stream.
