On Site | Ellener Hof

The new daycare center at Ellener Hof in Bremen is now being assembled on site. It is the first of two new buildings planned by ZRS Architekten Ingenieure as part of the new neighbourhood. The buildings outer walls are pre-fabricated in the Brockhaus factory and delivered to the site. The walls for the first floor have already been assembled so that the the inner walls and ceilings in cross laminated timber can be installed next. With the pre-made elements and fast assembly on site the buildings structure and outer shell is calculated to be finished within the next three weeks.
