Topping-out Ceremony | Volksbank Aue-Bad Schlema

The topping-out ceremony for the new Volksbank Aue-Bad Schlema building complex was celebrated at the end of July. The carcass is now complete. Designed by Partner und Partner Architekten, it comprises a bank building, a notary’s office and a pedestrian bridge. The buildings are designed as timber frame structures with cross-laminated timber ceilings, reinforcing cross-laminated timber walls and laminated timber beams. ZRS Ingenieure is responsible for the structural design and the façade planning. The building is scheduled for completion in mid 2025.
